All applications must be completed and returned to Ken Knoepfel, Building Inspector, along with the $75 fee and a $1,000 surety bond.
All R.O.W. Contractors performing work within the public right-of-way must be covered by the Nebraska Workman's Comp Act and also have casualty and liability insurance coverage of not less than $300,000 per incident, not less than $100,000 per person and property damage coverage of not less than $50,000. Proof of Insurance will need to be provided at the time of making the application.
