ITINERANT MERCHANT
We have 8 Black male and 2 Black female subjects in their late teens to early 30's in town selling Advantage Multipurpose Cleaner. They are in a white, California plated 2014 Passenger Van.They did check in with the city and got a permit. As in the past, getting a permit does not mean that the City of Ogallala endorses anyone or their product, it means they were checked out and not wanted for anything. They said that they would be in town for up to a week.
